These terms apply to your use of taqnyaexpo.ly (the "Website") and to registering for and attending TAQNYA 2026, organised by Wahaexpo For Exhibition and Events Organization (شركة الواحة لتنظيم المعارض والفعاليات), Tripoli, Libya ("the Organiser"). By using the Website or registering, you accept these terms.

1. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, register on behalf of someone without their permission, or use automated tools to submit forms.

2. Visitor registration and passes

Visitor registration is free. Each person may register once, with their own details.
Your visitor pass and its QR code are personal and non-transferable. They must not be shared, copied or sold. The Organiser may cancel duplicate, false or misused registrations and passes.
Please bring a photo ID. The Organiser may ask to see it at the entrance.
Registering does not guarantee entry. Entry is subject to venue security checks and to the capacity of the venue.

3. Admission and conduct

Visitors must be 18 or over. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them at all times.
Business attire is recommended.
You must follow the instructions of the Organiser's staff, security and venue personnel, and the rules of the venue.
The Organiser may refuse entry to, or remove from the event, anyone whose behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive, or who breaks these terms. In that case the pass is cancelled.
You are responsible for your personal belongings. The Organiser is not responsible for their loss, theft or damage.

4. Exhibitor and sponsorship requests

A booth, sponsorship or partnership request sent through the Website is an expression of interest only. It does not reserve a space or create a contract. A booth or package is confirmed only by a separate signed agreement with the Organiser, under the terms and payment conditions set out in that agreement.

5. Changes to the event

The programme, speakers, sessions, exhibitors, opening hours and floor plan shown on the Website may change. The Organiser tries to keep the information up to date but does not guarantee that it is complete or accurate. If circumstances require it, the Organiser may change the dates, hours or arrangements of the event, and will announce any change on the Website.

6. Photography and filming

Photographs and video are taken throughout the event, and the Organiser may use them for reporting, promotion and future marketing. If you do not want to be photographed, tell the photographer or camera operator directly. You can also notify us in advance by phone or by an official letter to our office in Tripoli. We cannot guarantee that you will not appear in general or crowd shots of the event.

7. Intellectual property

The TAQNYA name, logos, designs and the content of the Website belong to the Organiser or its partners and may not be reused without written permission. Exhibitor, sponsor and partner names and logos belong to their owners.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

The Website is provided "as is". The Organiser is not liable for losses arising from its use, from its temporary unavailability, or from reliance on the information it contains.
The Organiser is not liable for any change to, postponement of or cancellation of the event caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as official decisions, security conditions, natural events or the unavailability of the venue.
Visitor registration is free, so no refunds or compensation apply to visitors.

9. Changes to these terms

The Organiser may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Libya. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tripoli.
